Rendall & Wright
Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010
These gorgeous Christmas decorations and cushions have been produced by Lindsey and Helen, the duo behind the Suffolk based interior furnishings company – Rendall & Wright.

I love that all 3 cushions really compliment each other, they would look great together on a sofa. Lindsey and Helen used fabrics from our Alexander Henry ‘Farmdale’ collection. I thought the cushions looked so plump and sumptuous – a tip from Lindsey is to use a feather cushion pad a couple of inches bigger than your cushion cover to achieve the same look.

Who wouldn’t want one of these hanging from the Christmas tree filled with chocolate coins?! The girls made these lovely cone Christmas decorations using a range of fabrics from our Funky Christmas range.
If you’d like to meet Lindsey and Helen and see their gorgeous range of goodies they will be at the following festive fairs in Suffolk:-
Edwardstone Christmas fair – Friday 5th November 9.30am – 1pm
Elizabeth Hospice Fair – Thursday 18th November 9.30am – 3.30pm
Ipswich School Christmas fair – Friday 19th November 12.00pm – 5.00pm
Homewood House Christmas fair – Friday 26th November 2.00pm – 7.30pm

Baby Talk
Thursday, October 8th, 2009

Since the arrival of Alfie I’ve been thinking about lots of baby projects. I happened to mention to my mother-in-law that I’d love a quilt for his cot, I’d ear marked some fabric I wanted to use, and a couple of days later this lovely quilt appeared! Unfortunately this fabric has been discontinued but we have a lovely animal print ‘Funky Jungle’ that would make lovely quilts.

Look at this truly scrumptious ’Cupcake Teddy’ that one of our Fabric Addicts has made using Pink Cupcakes for her friends baby girl - who could resist! Take a look here for more lovely bears by Abby at Bubs Bears. If any of you would like to send in pictures of projects, please do, we love posting them on our blog for others to see.

Lovely aprons from Bagpinny
Tuesday, April 14th, 2009

Another of our fabric addicts has been making these lovely childrens aprons. Clare has used the large russian doll print that we have in stock (although going fast!). It’s a slightly different colourway to the apron pictured but nonetheless very gorgeous. You can buy these one off aprons from Bagpinny.
You’ll be pleased to know that the long awaited delivery from overseas will be here very soon and it contains a brand new russian doll print similar to this, which of course we had to order in more than one colourway!
