Some of you may remember last year we asked what you wanted from our fabric shop, we listened, we got creative, we drank lots of tea and coffee and the occasional glass of wine (well who can blame us!) and finally the new and improved Fabric Rehab has arrived.

And last but by no means least, all orders to the UK and Northern Ireland will have a flat rate postal charge of only £2.00, regardless of how much fabric you order.

To celebrate the Grand Opening we’re giving away this super duper stash of fabric, all you need to do is tell us what you think of the new shop.  To be entered into the draw you must leave a comment on this post, one comment per entrant, closing date Thursday 1st September @ 8.00pm, comments left after this date will not be included in the draw.  Winner picked at random and notified shortly after.

    I am very impressed indeed, I especially like how you have a section by colour as that helps when trying to put fabrics together for projects. The site is extremely user friendly. As a beginner of sewing I am very excited about looking through this shop and placing my first ever order with yourselves. I can see myself returning time and time again.

      Hello I’ve just been looking through your shop I think I’ve been drooling its so good!! I am placing an order and I’m only sorry its a bank holiday weekend which means I wont be able to start sewing for a couple of extra days my other problem is what to make first!!     Oh I love the new site! Same look, but new and improved. The colour options are great and the ’tile’ look to pictures means it’s easier to see how fabrics might work together. Back later to do some buying, well done! x

    I love this shop, I keep coming back and drooling over the fabric. Its fresh and easy on the eye as well as quick to load (which is always a bonus for me when I am cyber shopping). I love the fact I am not worrying about how much the potstage will be at the end of my order. I also like the fact your pictures are detailed and give a good idea of the print size. Keep up the good work

    Another thumbs up for choosing by colour. That’s really good for me, at the moment in particular my stash is needing an injection of oranges and purples…
    I have to admit, i tried to stay up last night to see the new site but managed to fall asleep at 11. So here i am before 8 o’clock having a mooch around. Well done on the new site and best of luck with it!

    I love it too! I’m glad you kept the same look, and just made it more user-friendly.
    I love the fast loading, and that you can see lots of fabric on each page. Love that you can search by theme (makes it easy for me to drool over the scandy and japanese stuff!), and I will definitely be using the colour search cause I think my stash is definitely lacking in a few colours!!

    I think is very practice to find now by colour…althought the web have the same look that is beautiful as well…

    The first thing I did this morning even before making myself a coffee was to have a look at your new site.
    Really like it, I’ve found fabrics I didn’t know you stocked and now have a very long wish list!!
    Thought it would be useful to know that when you click on your logo (fabric rehab) on the top left of the page rather than direct you back to your homepage it loads up an error page, just one of those teething problems!
    But brilliant you must be very happy :)

    I’m really pleased to see the thrifty bits section! Being a mum of almost 2 (one still cooking) I love making things for my daughters room and have a fabulous pattern for a crib bumper set for the new baby and I’m dying to make it, the thrifty bits section means I can afford to make a lot more than before without having to trawl through fabrics looking for the cheaper ones! Fabulous! Can’t wait to buy some more!

    Wow it is so much easier to navigate and browse. I really like how it has the same look and feel it’s just better! (Can’t cope with too much change at once!). Great idea for flat rate shipping, it can put me off when I’m buying from somewhere and see the postage cost is so high. Well done and thanks for a lovely giveaway.

    I never noticed you had a blog page before so that was good to find.
    The shipping price stopped me ordering a few times in the past so a very good idea to bring the price down.

    Love your site and the range of fabrics that you sell – so many cute things, I could spend and spend and spend! I like that there are now so many more ways of exploring the fabrics on offer, in particular by designer and by colour, but that you kept some of the other ways that you don’t find on some other sites, like theme. Brilliant stuff.

    I’m new to sewing and when browsing for fabric online (because my local sewing shop is stuck in the 1930′s) came across your site and fell in love.     Ooo – it all ties in beautifully. It’s very clean and well organised. All the little design details are fab too – the stitches around the photos, the cut-away with scissors at the top – all add to it, and do not distract the viewer from a truly winsome collection of fabrics!! I like the way I can easily tab between your site and your blog. One thing – I searched for Alexander Henry, but it returned saying there were no products listed – but there are! Love it. Well done. A site to aspire to.

    Lovely look and feel to the new website, congrats to all who have made it a success! I particularly like the homepage with the image “buttons” (not sure what they’re officially called!). I’m new to sewing so to be able to see a sample of the bright colourful products within each section is great … it also makes me click where I might not have clicked before!! Also loving the fabric by colour hearts! I have my fingers and toes crossed for the bundle as I’m signing up for a local sewing course and it looks like there’s some excellent fabric in there! Once I know what I’m doing (sewing wise!) I’ll be back for some xmas gift fabric!

    Ooh your new website is fab!!! I love shopping by fabric collection as it’s so much easier when making quilts to get fabrics fron one or two collections. The postage price is great too as I often order 4 to 5 metres from you at a time which is costly!!

    I must say that you have done a grand job. There are so many shops out there that are a minefield to wade through or do not have everything I am looking for. This does not appear to be the case for you. Well done!
    The best bits is that you have separated out Designer and Manufacturer, the layout is pretty, clear and easy to navigate and your google search is presented very well too.

    For me, this has always been the best site for fabric. I’m so glad that you have included shop by colour. Fast loading and a really easy on the eye layout. The best bit though is your range of fabric. Not just AMH or Amy Butler, some really fun quirky fabrics to choose from. Love, love, love!

    It is now even easier to find fabrics that you’ve seen and hankered after once you’ve saved up your pennies to buy them – so many different ways to look for them ( each of which will turn up more “Must Have’ fabrics…) And I love the flat rate postage – some sites seem to penalise you for buying more from them by charging exorbitant postage based on each item you add. As they say in the USA – Great Job!

    I often come to your website to ogle at the fabric as it’s just so pretty (fabric and the site) but the changes are fab! The postage reduction is quite dangerous as it means I can just buy those bits I like here and there rather that waiting to build a bigger order which I then forget about! I love it! Well done!

    I really like the look of the website actually, and it’s really convenient to be able to look through all of the different options (by designer, etc) as sometimes you’re looking for something specific and everything gets lost… However, I would point out that Alexander Henry is not on the designer list ;)

I like the new ‘by designer/collection’ categories – it makes the site so much easier to use – and having the price per metre listed for each fabric is useful too.     Fabric by themes is very useful; I wish more sites had a browsing option like that. In fact, you have a great variety of browsing options.

    Wow, excellent website. There is definitely something for everyone here. The one thing that impresses me most is the speed once you have selected the category – superfast. Also, there is defo something for everyone’s pockets, including thrifty bits, which I am sure will be a big hit as well as well as the flat rate postage – absolutely rehabulous!!!

    Loving the new website, I originally stumbled upon Fabric Rehab when I was looking for inspiration to re-start sewing after 20 years absence, and have become totally addicted.     Really lovely, came searching for some bright funky FQs to make gift bags for my daughters 2nd birthday & not disappointed. Only constructive feedback i have is that it would be lovely to get recommendations on matches for individual fabrics as for me some of the bundles are not quite right but i’m cautious about colour matching from photos!

    A fantastic site! I have struggled to find one as good as this in the UK and full of the products that I like to buy – Modern prints, Japanese designs etc.

    As a new sewer I am trying out lots if different patterns and ideas and I really appreciate the Thrifty Bits and Bundles to help me build up my fabric stores. Immediate variety for good prices. It makes it less painful when things don’t work out first time round!!!

    I just have to say that this site has to be the most exciting fabric find of them all!!

    I have been looking at your fabrics and just cannot decide what to buy. Luckily I’ve roped in my sissy to help me choose…..and now she’s hooked too :)

    You’ve mad a super job with your site layout etc. Is there any search option you haven’t covered?

    The only issue I’ve found is that you can’t reach in through the screen and feel all those scrummy fabrics!

    Wow… I was addicted to this website already but now it’s so much easier to browse my husband is having to drag me away from my laptop to stop me spending even more money, so looks like I’ll be chained to the sewing machine for the near future ;)

    The new site is fab, and will no doubt be dangerous for my bank balance! There may already be a section I haven’t found yet, but would be great to see a gallery of what everyone is making with these brilliant fabrics… on that note I’m off to make some more baby booties!

    I’ve loved your website from day one! I have to stay away otherwise I end up spending all my pay on fabric! I’ve not had issues finding anything previously but I am very pleased that I can now search by colour. I’ve just placed an order by searching for colour and found what I needed in record time. This could be really dangerous for me! :)

    I think the shop is great – works perfect and I love the functionality. For me just slightly too much pink but it’s just a matter of personal taste. Wonderful job….keep it up!

    Lovely website and very exciting to see fabrics that are hard to find on the hard street. I get both Cloth and Making magazines and found you through the adverts and very glad I did. Look forward to saving some money and buying some quirky fabrics as soon as possible!

    Funky, fresh fun, fabulous!!! I love this site and every time a package comes through the post from you its a delight. I make children’s bags and the interest in my business has grown by 100% since using ‘Fabric Rehab’ material.
    It is a great site with such a wonderful selection of fabrics, with wonderful prints and colours. I don’t go anywhere else now
